Frequently asked questions.
What does Artemis do?
Artemis provides custom digital solutions designed around the needs of each business. This can include websites, web applications, POS systems, QR solutions, business management systems, and AI automation. Our goal is to create technology that helps businesses work more efficiently, improve customer experience, and support future growth. Each solution can be adjusted to suit the way your business operates, rather than using a fixed system that may not fit your needs.
How much does a project cost?
Project pricing depends on what you need us to build. A simple website will usually cost less than a larger system with more features, integrations, automation, or custom design work. Before starting, we first discuss your goals, the features you need, and how the system should work. After that, we provide a clear quotation based on the scope of the project, so you understand the cost before development begins.
How long does it take to build a project?
The time needed to complete a project depends on its size and complexity. A smaller website may only take a few days, while a more advanced website, business application or custom software may take several weeks or longer. Before we begin, we will give you an estimated timeline and explain the main stages of the project. We also keep you updated during development, so you know how the project is progressing.
Can I request changes during development?
Yes. We understand that ideas can change during the design and development process, so you can give feedback and request changes while we are working on your project. We will work closely with you to make sure the final result matches your business needs and expectations. Reasonable changes that are part of the agreed project scope can be made without additional cost. If you request a major new feature or something outside the original scope, we will discuss it with you first before making any changes to the price.

Work with us →A smarter way
to order.
Diners scan a code, browse a menu that actually looks good, and send their order straight to the kitchen, no app to download, no waiting on a busy server.
Your menu, on every table.
Diners scan the code, browse your menu, and send their order straight to the kitchen, no app, no waiting.
Your floor is busy. Your menu is stuck on paper.
Nobody downloads an app
Asking a diner to install something before they can order is a dead end. Artemis runs in the phone they already unlocked, camera, tap, menu.
Staff are the bottleneck
On a full night, every order waits on whoever's free to take it. A scan doesn't get tired, doesn't forget the table by the window, doesn't call in sick.
Your menu can't change
Paper means reprints. A sold-out dish stays on the page and disappoints someone. Artemis updates the second you do, price, photo, availability.
Three steps. No training night required.
Point and open
A diner aims their camera at the code on the table. Your menu opens in the browser. That's the entire install, nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
See the real menu
Photos, prices, descriptions, sold-out flags, all current, all yours, in their language. A dish that looks good sells itself.
Straight to the kitchen
They send it. It lands ticketed and clear where the food gets made. Your staff runs the room instead of running the order pad back and forth.
Built for the table, not bolted on from delivery.
Your own branded page
Every restaurant gets its own branded ordering page, your name, your dishes, your look. Not a shared marketplace you compete inside.
Change anything, instantly
Edit a price, hide a sold-out dish, add tonight's special, live the moment you save it. No reprints, no developer.
Works on every phone
No app, no friction. If the camera opens, you're in business, across whatever phones walk through your door.
Photos that sell
A dish with a good photo outsells a line of text every time. Artemis puts the picture first, where the appetite is.
Made in Laos, for Laos
Designed for dine-in service the way it actually runs here, starting with Vientiane restaurants, not adapted from somewhere else.
No register rip-out
Artemis sits alongside how you already work. It doesn't ask you to replace your till to get started, you keep your setup.

Learn moreWho we are
Our story
Artemis was built on the belief that Laos has the potential to create its own path through technology and innovation.
Our goal is to help modernise industries, support local businesses, and create better opportunities for Lao people through practical, forward-thinking technology. We want to help build solutions that are made for the needs of our country, rather than always relying on ideas created elsewhere.
We believe Laos does not always need to follow the lead of others. With the right people, ideas, and technology, we can create, innovate, and move forward on our own terms.
Artemis wants to be part of that progress, helping build a more modern, capable, and innovative future for Laos.

How Artemis QR works.
From the table to the kitchen to the bill, and how you run all of it yourself.
From seat to served, in five taps.
A code for every table
Each table gets its own QR code linked to your menu. A diner scans it and the menu opens on their phone instantly, no app, no sign-up.
Order right at the table
They browse the menu, pick what they want, and tap Order, no waiting to catch a server's eye.
Straight to the kitchen
The order lands in the kitchen the second it's placed. Your chef prepares it and the food is served, no handwritten tickets lost on the way.
Pay when they're ready
When they're done, they tap to check the bill and pay at the counter, clear, itemised, no surprises.
Done
That's the whole journey. Faster tables, fewer mistakes, and staff free to run the room instead of the order pad.
You stay in full control.
Set up your menu
Add your dishes, photos, and prices once, and group them into categories. Your branded ordering page is ready to print as table codes.
Run it from your panel
Adjust prices, add or hide dishes, and watch every order arrive live, all from your own admin control panel. No need to call Artemis to change a thing.
